We offer free standard shipping. All packages will be sent from Norway. At this time Norway does not offer «normal» tracked shipping to the USA.
The only shipments they track are «Registered letters». What does this mean?
REGISTERED LETTERS:
In this case the recipient (buyer) must sign at the Post Office to collect “the letter”.
The advantage is then that the sender (Noddiart) has a proof that the recipient (buyer) received the letter.
And the recipient (buyer) can track “the letter”. You can follow the shipment until it leaves Norway.
Insurance:
On top of that the Norwegian Post also covers the loss of such a letter (max value $ 100).
This means that your package is insured if anything would go missing.
A registered letter usually takes 11 working days, and needs to be collected at the post office.
Recommended:
Sending “registered letters” works all over the world, and is widely used for sending important or valuable documents/products and for shipments for which it is important that a receipt is produced.
Noddiart highly recommends that you use “registered letter” as your shipping method.
STANDARD SHIPPING
All items are quality checked before shipping. Loss, damage or theft during “standard shipping” is not the responsibility of Noddiart Shop.
This as “Standard shipping” is not traceable. Norway’s postal system does not offer affordable tracking options to the USA (example: the postal fee for a single bubble envelope is $70)
Once items are shipped, the responsibility of the item no longer rests with Noddiart.
This is why we highly recommend to use the above mentioned “registered letter” option.
Standard shipping does not offer solutions for lost, damaged or stolen items.
Noddiart is not bound to replace or refund lost, stolen or damaged items due to shipping.
Requests for replacement/refunds due to shipping damages or lost, stolen or damaged items will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by Noddiart.
The decision to refund, exchange, issue a gift card or replacement is up to Noddiart.
In general any pin marked “LE” [Limited Edition] is not eligible for replacement with the same pin as the number of pins produced is limited.
Any pins marked “sold out” are not eligible for replacement with the same pin, as it is “sold out”.
All Customs, Charges and Fees must be paid for by the buyer/customer.

Rest of the world: 7–20 days
Should you EVER desire a refund for a presale pin, we will happily oblige. Please note, if you are a member of a priority or commitment group and choose to ask for a refund, you will not be allowed to preorder our pins moving forward. You are more than welcome to purchase the pin once in hand.
If you need a refund for a pin you have already purchased for any reason, please contact us and we will try to work with you. Due to the handmade nature of these items, we will only offer refunds for severely flawed products within one week of receiving the merchandise and you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. We DO offer exchanges depending on the reason for exchange
Returns will not be accepted for B and C grade pins.
Presale pins can take anywhere from 3-9 months to arrive in hand. The more complex pins average 6-9 months. Each pin I create first goes through a sample phase to confirm colors before moving to mass production. After this, the pins are shipped directly to me to be graded before being sent to customers. Presale customers are guaranteed the best quality pins.

Traditionally once items are shipped the responsibility of the item no longer lies with Noddiart. We will however help as best as we can.
Depending on the circumstances, in some cases we can offer a replacement, if the pin is not sold out.

Since the start of my Patreon pin club the prices have always been the same. Editing a tier price is not possible while anyone is pledged to the tier.
